1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the bossku8 platform at bossku8.co ("the Platform", "bossku8", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "Member", or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies, rules, or guidelines that bossku8 may publish from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of bossku8 following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all services offered through the bossku8 platform, including but not limited to live casino games, slot machine games, sports betting, virtual games, and any promotional or loyalty programmes offered to members.

2. Eligibility

Use of the bossku8 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. bossku8 strictly prohibits participation by individuals under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that cannot demonstrate compliance with this requirement.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must not be acting under any mental incapacity or duress.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bossku8 is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the Platform. bossku8 does not represent that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close associate of bossku8 or any of its software or payment providers, unless written authorisation has been provided.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or other exclusion that would prohibit your access to gambling services.

By registering, you warrant and represent that all of the above eligibility conditions are met. bossku8 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one (1) bossku8 account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether in your own name, using a third party's identity, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any balances, bonuses, or winnings may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of your account information at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bossku8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials confidential. You must notify bossku8 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Verification (KYC)

bossku8 operates under anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a government-issued identity card (MyKad), passport, or proof of address — at any time before processing withdrawals, granting bonus credits, or at any other stage we deem appropriate. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

bossku8 accepts deposits through the payment methods displayed on the Platform from time to time, which may include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

bossku8 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the relevant bossku8 account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and wagering requirement satisfaction where applicable. bossku8 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of the account.

bossku8 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or regulatory concern.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the bossku8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). If your payment method involves a different currency, conversion rates applied by your payment provider may result in minor discrepancies. bossku8 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or third-party conversion fees.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bossku8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. bossku8 reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or claw back bonus funds where abuse is suspected.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• bossku8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unclaimed or unmet bonus wagering requirements that lapse beyond the expiry period will be voided.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bossku8 Platform are subject to the specific game rules of the relevant game or sporting event. General betting rules applicable across the Platform include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bossku8 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where permitted under specific game rules or where a clear technical error is established.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that materially affects a game's outcome, bossku8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to members' accounts.
• bossku8 reserves the right to limit bet amounts for any member at any time, including placing maximum bet limits on specific games or markets.
• For live sportsbook markets, odds and availability are subject to change in real-time. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation.
• bossku8 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence that the outcome was known to the member at the time of placing the bet, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bossku8 Platform. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently terminated, with forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:

• Opening or operating more than one bossku8 account.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or money laundering.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities to generate unintended winnings. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing a third party to use your account, or using a third party's account or payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bossku8 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game software, sounds, and design elements, is the property of bossku8 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from bossku8. Unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages and may be a criminal offence.

9. Privacy & Data

Your use of the bossku8 Platform involves the collection and processing of personal data. bossku8's approach to data collection, use, storage, and disclosure is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

bossku8 may share personal data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification services, and other third parties as required by law or as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bossku8's total liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bossku8 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Any interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• The conduct of third-party software providers, payment processors, or other service providers integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

bossku8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide all members with access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your account settings and are effective immediately upon activation.

12. Termination

bossku8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Regulatory or legal requirement.
• Extended account inactivity (as defined in bossku8's dormant account policy).

Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real money balances (where not subject to forfeiture for breach) will be returned to the member via the original payment method following completion of any applicable verification process.

Members may close their bossku8 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are treated with particular priority and will result in immediate access restriction.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bossku8 holds its operating licence. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless alternative dispute resolution mechanisms are specified in bossku8's licensing conditions.

Where bossku8's licensing authority provides a player dispute resolution mechanism, members are entitled to make use of that mechanism after exhausting bossku8's internal dispute resolution process.

14. Amendments

bossku8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bossku8 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members — for example, through a notification on the Platform or via email to the address registered on your account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the bossku8 Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting customer support.
